When you’re ready to work with Online Business Manager/Virtual Assistant, it’s important to make the process as smooth as possible. I have worked as an Online Business Manager for quite a few years, and I truly love what I do. I strive to deliver a fun and enjoyable working relationship with each client.
I have four steps that I follow to help us get started in our new working partnership and to make sure we both have a clear understanding of your business needs and how I work.
Once you have decided to inquire about my services, you should complete the contact form. This form will give me an idea of your business needs and other important information.
Second Step (30-minute Consultation Call)
Once the information is returned, I will review it. You will receive an email in reference to scheduling a time for us to have a 30 minute consultation call. During this call, we will discuss the info you provided and have a general conversation about your goals and your business. This is very important, and it helps us to get to know each other.
I feel it is very important to build a comfortable working environment with each client or potential client. If at this point we both are ready to develop a working relationship, we will move on to step three.
After our consultation call and once we have decided to move forward, I will email you a welcome packet. You will need to complete and return it to me.
Once you have returned the contents of the welcome packet that need your signature, I will put together a plan of action specifically for your business. We will go over it together to make sure it covers everything you stated in our consultation call.
